Online Fitness Coaching

Material Overview

Without a room to read, a coach has to work harder at clarity, and this material is organised around that problem. It covers the platforms and tools available, designing plans somebody will follow unsupervised, written and video communication, checking form from a recording, managing many clients at once, tracking progress and using fitness apps sensibly. The later levels turn to pricing, boundaries, retention and building a service that can grow without falling apart.

Level · Beginner
Purpose

Coaching somebody you never meet removes every advantage of being in the room. This level sets up the basics that replace it: the right tools, a clear first contact and instructions that survive without you.

Outcome

After working through it you can take on a remote client properly from the first message, write a plan they can follow without asking three questions, and set expectations that prevent most later frustration.

What You'll Learn

  • Choosing tools without paying for more than you need, an onboarding questionnaire that gathers everything at once, writing exercise instructions somebody can follow alone, setting reply expectations, and the first two weeks of a new client
