These terms govern your use of this website, the credit system, the e-learning materials and everything else offered here, all operated by [Company Name] ("Company", "we", "our" or "us"). Registering an account, buying credits, unlocking a level or simply browsing means you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the website.
1. Who May Use the Website
You need the legal capacity to enter into an agreement under the law that applies to you. A minor may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian where the law requires it. The information you register with must be accurate, and you agree to keep it up to date.
2. What We Provide
We sell e-learning materials: written digital study material that you read and work through on your own. There is nothing to attend, no timetable to keep and no live teaching. Materials are grouped into categories, and each one is divided into levels, all of which are listed on the website with the credits they cost. Descriptions, level names and prices shown on the website at the time of purchase are the ones that apply to that purchase.
3. Levels
Each e-learning material is divided into levels so that you can start from what you already know:
- Beginner: core ideas, key terms and the simplest methods
- Intermediate: applying the basics, in more detail and in more situations
- Advanced: harder material, several ideas combined, and more judgement required
- Expert: the deepest treatment offered, for readers already comfortable with the rest
Choosing the level that suits you is your decision. Each level is unlocked separately, and each has its own credit price shown on the website.
4. Your Account
Buying credits and opening a level requires an account. Keep your password confidential, and treat everything done through your account as your responsibility. An account is personal to you: it may not be shared, lent, transferred or sold. Tell us at [Company Email] straight away if you suspect somebody else has reached it.
5. Credits
- 5.1 Buying Credits: money buys credits, and credits unlock levels. Credits are bought through the website in the currencies and by the payment methods shown at the time. The amount payable and the credits it produces are both displayed before you confirm, so please read them
- 5.2 How the Amount Is Worked Out: the credits added for a payment follow the rate and calculation displayed on the website when the purchase is made
- 5.3 Extra Credits: where a package is shown as including additional credits, the amount added follows the offer displayed at the time of that purchase
- 5.4 Spending Credits: credits are deducted when you confirm a level. The number required is shown next to that level. Credits are units for use on this website only: they are not money, they carry no cash value outside the website, and they cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash
- 5.5 Validity: credits have a validity period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Please spend them within that period, because credits that have passed their validity can no longer be used to unlock a level
6. Payment and Billing
Payment is taken for credits, not for materials directly. An order is confirmed only once the payment has been processed successfully. The payment provider shown at checkout handles your card details under its own terms. The name that will appear on your statement is shown at checkout and at the foot of this page.
7. Delivery and Access
The whole of our delivery process is set out in the Delivery & Access Policy. In short:
- How it reaches you: once we have confirmation of your payment, the download link and the access information go to the email address you entered at checkout, and the same material can be reached through the platform, so you may download it and use it as and when you like
- When to expect it: in the normal course your materials and access information are made available within 24 hours of that confirmation
- If something holds it up: processing, payment verification, a technical fault or an interruption to email can delay matters, so please allow 48 to 72 hours before assuming anything has gone wrong
- Still nothing: where 72 hours have passed and the materials have neither arrived nor become accessible, write to us and we will sort it out
Nothing is posted or couriered. If you want a level again later, it can be unlocked again with credits. The Delivery & Access Policy governs if there is ever any difference between it and this summary.
8. What You May Do With the Materials
Unlocking a level gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to read and use that material, and the copy you download, for your own learning. That right does not extend to anybody else.
9. Intellectual Property
